Neural Grass Reveries

‘Neural Grass Reveries’ (2024) is meditative animation with music composed by Telana. The artwork contains 50 plant-life glyphs of “grasses” channeled digitally using generative AI. The work explores the use of technology as a spiritual tool for connecting with the consciousness of non-human entities, recalling narratives of a time in the ancestral past, when humans could establish rapport with plants, animals, and elementals. This mutual connection and attunement fostered a harmonious co-existence of the humanity with the natural world.
